Minimum No. of Delegates

We encourage the registration of a minimum of 7 delegates from Grade 7 to Grade 12 (Year 8 to 13).


Grade 6 (Year 7) may attend and will be assigned as Paiges only. Paiges help coordinate communication within committee by passing notes to and from delegates as well as the chair.

Deposit Due by 25th August 2017

A deposit of 200 USD is due by 15th August and the deposit is 100% non-refundable up until the 15th of September 2017.

Step 2: Conference Payment

Full Cost Includes:

  • Lunch and Snacks for 2 days 
  • Buffet Dinner and Social Evening Entertainment on Friday (October 21st)
  • Venue Costs
  • Conference Goodies

Fees:

School Registration Fee: IDR. 2,000,000

Deadline: 15th of August 2017


Student delegate/chair/commitee or chaperone: IDR 1,000,000

Student paige: IDR 650,000
